Trainer: Victoria Toone

I was a gymnast from the age of 4 to 18 where I went on to become a assistant club coach. I did 2 yrs at collage studying health and fitness then I joined the army and served 14 yrs and became an army physical training instructor and then trained to be an advanced personel trainer with Premier Training, weight lifting instructor with the British Weight Lifters Association and attended a swiss ball course at Bath University. I've also represented Great Britain in bobsleigh
