I started off as a Primary school teacher but enjoyed being outdoors too much. I'm now a Health and Wellbeing Ranger with the Forestry Commission and have been a qualified Buggyfit trainer for almost a year now. I am also a trained Nordic walking instructor and health walk leader.

My Latest News:
My Buggyfit sessions run through Sherwood Pines forest park and are free of charge. There is a £3 charge for the car park though but many of my mums now buy a Discovery Pass for £35, this allows them free parking for the year as well as discounts in the café, Go Ape and cycle hire. Sure Start groups are welcome to bring their mums and babies out for a free taster session and cup of tea.
