As a new mum myself, I can relate to the challenge of losing the baby weight while surviving on little or no sleep! I have always loved fitness and had just qualified as a personal trainer when I found out I was expecting. I decided to train in pre and postnatal exercise and then found out about Buggyfit. Buggyfit is perfect for me as I get the chance to incorporate my passion for fitness with spending time with my daughter in the great outdoors! I am a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and also qualified in Ante and Postnatal Exercise, Circuit Training, Torso Training, Nutrition and Weight Management and Sports Nutrition.

Join us on Friday mornings in Morden Hall Park for a great workout in beautiful surroundings! For all the mums who have gone back to work and still want to do Buggyfit (or for the dads if they can keep up!) there is a class every Saturday morning in Colliers Wood Recreation Ground. A great way to start the weekend!
